From Steel Toes to Stilettos, we’re celebrating all walks of life related to our industry! Join 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter WiMCO and iM Women DMV Chapter on March 7th at Matchbox in One Loudoun with a happy hour and networking event during Women in Construction week!
Learn more about WiMCO, and iM Women while networking with other data center professionals. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the data center community, expand your professional circle, or just enjoy happy hour with like-minded peers in the industry.
The event will run from 4:00-6:00pm, feel free to drop-in just to say hello or mingle for the entire time. This is a wonderful opportunity to continue the celebration of women! Bring yourself, the ladies you work with, the men you work with – all are invited – from steel toes to stilettos!

WiMCO - Women in Mission Critical Operations
As the leading knowledge exchange in the mission critical space, 7×24 Exchange recognizes the importance of increasing the engagement and participation of women in the industry. WiMCO is a community within the 7×24 Exchange Washington DC Chapter designated for specific outreach to women in our industry to encourage strengthened engagement and participation as members, presenters, and attendees of Chapter events. A primary focus is placed on recruiting women into the 7×24 Exchange organization, supporting WiMCO initiatives, promoting mission critical opportunities for women, providing leadership opportunities through the community, and developing and supporting STEM initiatives, curriculums, scholarships and programs. iM Women – Infrastructure Masons Women
iMasons Women aims to increase diversity and the number of women pursuing careers in infrastructure, in addition to increasing the visibility and the career advancement of women currently in the industry. iM Women is a community of like-minded individuals collaborating on ways to elevate and inform women working in the digital infrastructure space.
