As the leading knowledge platform in the mission critical space, 7×24 Exchange recognizes the increasing engagement and participation of women in the industry. This understanding has led to the development of WiMCO (Women in Mission Critical Operations), which focus on recruiting more women into the 7×24 Exchange organization; supporting WiMCO initiatives at the Chapter level; promoting mission critical opportunities for women and providing leadership opportunities within the community.
We ask our current members to assist the 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter and WiMCO community by bringing diversity into 7x24 Exchange, as a whole, in order to provide opportunities for women to speak on industry topics, engage one another, and educate about the mission critical industry.
