Megan Baird, PE with Bohler, will discuss her journey in the Data Center industry and how she began to expand her network via Industry Events and Communities. She’ll share her story and how the decision to join 7x24DC Chapter impacted her career path. The discussion will focus on how to get involved, what to get involved in, what it looks like to build a network as you progress in your career, and the rewards these connections can bring. Following Megan’s story, small groups will be able to discuss their own experiences and recommendations for people just starting their careers in this industry.
