Preferred Capitol Cleaning, LLC is a small, women owned, minority business that focuses on post construction, multi-family, janitorial. Illissa and I have worked at previous cleaning companies in the DMV area for a combined 17 years. We both saw that we shared the same passion and drive for post construction cleaning and decided to go into business together. Our hope is to create a work environment for our employees where they are happy to be working with us and in return take pride in what they do. We believe that people work better and provide better service when they are happy. Building and maintaining client relationships along with taking great care of our clients’ needs is key. Acquiring work due to our client relationships is only half the battle, however our field personnel’s execution is just as important for us to continue to obtain repeat clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
